For fine dining and gourmet Italian fare are served with panache at this oceanfront restaurant; open for happy hour 17.00 to 19.00, dinner 18.30 to 22.30 (closed Mondays June to November)
The Sunset Bar & Deck
Located on the pool/beach deck this bar specialises in tropical drinks and cocktails and is also a convenient swim-up bar.
The Planters Bar

Bait to Plate
Elegant Hotels Group, Barbados has launched a complimentary “Bait to Plate” excursion for all guests including children over 8 years, allowing them the opportunity to fish for their supper; these excursions will take place every Monday and will be led by one of Colony Club’s chefs. Guests will be taken out on a private boat to spot sea life on the reef, learn about reef conservation and be challenged to catch their own bonito or other local fish; with a maximum of four guests per trip, expect an intimate and authentic Bajan fishing experience.

Upon returning to the hotel, the chef’s team will fillet and prepare the catch so that families can enjoy a delicious supper of fresh fish, grilled at the table and served Bajan style with salad*, rice, peas and plenty of pepper sauce.

This excursion is complimentary for all guests and can be booked through concierge upon arrival at the hotel.
