The hotel offers guests 134 rooms in total and facilities include a lobby, hotel safe, currency exchange facilities, a restaurant, conference facilities, Internet access, room and laundry services and a car park.
Driving from Chiangmai International Airport to Mahidol Road (route 4011) take the Bunruengrit Road then turn to Arak Road. Then turn left to Sanlan Road after that turn right to Rachmanka Road. The hotel is located on Rachmanka Road.
The hotel also offers an outdoor swimming pool and traditional Thai oil massage treatments.
The restaurant serves a breakfast buffet each morning and lunch and dinner are available from set menus.
