Built in 1990 and renovated in 2004, this 6-storey hotel consists of a total of 395 double and twin rooms. There is a pleasant lobby awaiting guests with a 24-hour reception, lift access, a hotel safe and a currency exchange desk. The range of facilities includes a café, a bar and an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant. In addition, the hotel has 32 conference rooms with Internet access. Room and laundry services as well as a car park are also available to guests.
By car: from Junction 3 of the M4, then Junction 14 of the M25, follow signs for Heathrow Airport's terminal 4 to the Terminal 4 roundabout and take the 3rd exit, signposted 'A30 Central London and Hilton Hotel'. Turn immediately left into hotel entrance. By underground from terminals 1, 2 or 3 take the London Underground Piccadilly Line to terminal 4. At terminal 4 go to the departures level and follow the Hilton sign to a covered walkway. It is a 6-minute walk to the hotel. The hotel operates a free shuttle bus service to and from terminal 5 (subject to change).
The hotel offers its own indoor swimming pool, a sauna and steam room as well as a gym.
A buffet is on offer at breakfast time and lunchtime. At midday and in the evenings, guests may also select dishes from the set menu, or take the à la carte option. In addition, the hotel caters for guests with special dietary requirements.
