Featuring 346 sleek and sophisticated contemporary guest rooms with spectacular views, this is the city's first LEED-certified green hotel (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design). The hotel offers a 24-hour concierge and in-room dining, as well as in-room yoga and Pilates (fees apply). Built in 2009, the air-conditioned hotel also features a lobby, 24-hour reception and check-out service, hotel safe, currency exchange facilities and lift access. A newspaper stand, café, bar and restaurant are available, and conference facilities are provided. For a fee, guests may also take advantage of the hotel's room and laundry services.
From the airport to the hotel: Head south on International Blvd. Turn right, and merge onto WA-518 E via the ramp to I-405/I-5/Seattle/Tacoma. Take the exit on the left onto I-5 N towards Seattle. Take exit 166 to merge onto Olive Way. Turn right at Melrose Avenue. Turn right at Pine and right again at 8th Avenue.
The hotel has its own eco-conscious spa with treatment suites where massages and organic spa treatments are offered for additional fees. Guests can do laps in the 20-metre indoor pool with heated, non-chlorinated saltwater. There is a health club spanning 242 m² and offering the latest cardiovascular equipment, plus a separate studio for yoga and Pilates. Guests can also enjoy the hot tub, sauna and steam room.
Urbane restaurant serves north-western American cuisine and wines using fresh, regional produce. A continental breakfast is served daily, while lunch and dinner may be enjoyed as a set menu or à la carte.
